My advantages
Holistic approach to legal representation.
Humanism in law
Behind every case, there is a person and their story, making it both important and unique.
I do not devalue individual clients’ matters treated by many firms as inferior because they require more engagement, are more time-consuming, and less profitable than, for example, business matters.
motto
Not knowing the law may hurt, but lack of empathy in law hurts even more.
My approach to legal issues is primarily expressed through concern for the needs, dignity, and well-being of my clients – especially in their most difficult moments.
About me
adw. Agnieszka Chrobot
A humanist in the philosophical sense, expressing concern for the needs, happiness, dignity, and development of people.
- 2012 – graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Silesia in Katowice.
- 2014 – became a member of the Bar Association in Katowice, where I completed my bar training and
- 2017 – passed the Bar Exam.
- From 2013 gained experience by working in a law firm and as an in-house lawyer.
In my work I communicate using specialized English constantly expanding on it’s proficiency by participating in Legal English courses.
The choice of profession made by me was not accidental, but dictated by an inner need to help others. This approach affects my entire professional practice.
I do not depreciate individual clients’ matters, although many law firms may treat them as less important than business matters. Nevertheless, I also deal with the service of business entities, treating both categories of cases equally.
For me, every case is unique, because behind every legal problem there is a person and their story.
In my daily work, the principle “ignorance of the law harms” is key. Awareness of rights and obligations is, in my opinion, the best protection against serious and often costly repercussions.
I decided to practice a freelance profession to express my need for independence and protest against the need to conform to rigid frameworks, which allows me full and exhaustive engagement in caring for the client’s well-being. I am interested in Eastern sciences, which speak of the need to improve consciousness and maintain harmony of body, mind, and soul.
This holistic approach is not limited to my private life but also extends to the ground of my professional activities, introducing a unique, human dimension to my legal practice.
